Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

During our family stay, we enjoyed the hotel's spacious outdoor area, perfect for kids to play. The staff were attentive and accommodating, especially at breakfast. A tip , arrive early for breakfast, as it can get crowded. A pleasant experience with some room for enhancement.

The breakfast was good, with a great variety of fresh options, and the spacious outdoor area, complete with a pool, was perfect.

Despite the positive aspects, the kitchen struggled to handle peak hours, leading to delays in service during mealtime.

The hotel features a spacious outdoor area perfect for relaxation, with a pool and garden. Rooms are large, allowing ample storage for belongings. Breakfast offers a good variety of fresh options, and the staff is notably polite and helpful, even accommodating our pet dog with excellent communication before our stay.

the extractor fan in the bathroom was super noisy! but the breakfast had fresh juices and plenty of bread options. the outdoor area had a nice pool and garden, perfect for lounging. staff was always polite and helpful.

The outdoor area was fab for chilling with family, and the room was super spacious, perfect for all our stuff. We loved the fresh breads and cakes at breakfast, like a mini pastry paradise! Plus, the pet-friendliness was a good surprise!

The extractor fan in the bathroom was a diva-loud and yet shy on performance. Oh, and a fridge leak greeted us like an unwelcome best friend-thankfully, maintenance came to our rescue!

Loved the huge outdoor area with a pool for family hangouts, and spacious rooms. Enjoyed the beautiful lake view right outside. Great for morning walks!

Breakfast had some good options, especially the fresh juices. One staff member at check-in communicated very well in English, a plus for my foreign guest. We appreciated the outdoor space with a pleasant area for family time.

The bathroom extractor fan made a noticeable noise .

The outdoor area really stood out for me. Plenty of space to kick back by the pool and soak up the sun in the garden. I liked the fresh breads and pastries at breakfast. They kept everything filled quickly, indicating good attention to food quality. The interactions I had with the staff were pleasant. They were polite and accommodating, especially when I brought my dog along-felt genuinely welcomed. On the downside, the bathroom extractor fan was obnoxiously loud was good. I also encountered a leak from the fridge upon arrival, annoying but resolved quickly thanks to the helpful maintenance staff. I noticed a lack of proper lighting in the room. Only side lamps were there. It felt a bit dim, especially at night, so better overhead lighting would be a plus. Another downside was the very noisy extractor fan that didn't do a great job. Everything else was nice, but those issues did detract from the overall comfort.

The hotel structure, customer service, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, convenient location, affordable price.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, as it was conveniently close to the highway, making it easy for us to travel around. The room was well-equipped with modern amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and an in-room safe. We also enjoyed the comfortable garden furniture on the terrace, where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The staff provided excellent service, from the friendly housekeeping to the helpful receptionist who went above and beyond to assist us with our needs. The breakfast buffet was simply amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends for their next trip.
